Valmira Rexhëbeqaj Valmira Rexhëbeqaj is the Managing Director and Founder of Rex Consulting Group. She has extensive experience in project management, functioning of public institutions, management of public finances and research and policy formulation. She has held executive positions in the Ministry of Finance and at a local consultancy company. Valmira has had experience in regional assessment projects and extensive experience in coordinating and advising on national planning, economic policy reforms and policy assessments. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with international organizations and local institutions in various areas such as public finance, strategic planning, research projects, private sector development, and so on. Currently, she is managing numerous research and policy projects at Rex Consulting Group.
Alketa Buçaj is a Senior Economist. She is a Ph.D. candidate in quantitative economics and econometrics with over five years of experience in data analysis, economic policy development, and research. She has had senior level experience in Economic Policies and Analysis including government positions in MoF. She has extensive knowledge in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets, using Excel, SPSS, R and Eviews. In her engagement with REX Consulting Group, she has managed collecting quantitative and qualitative data, designing project methodologies, compiling questionnaires, and developing analytical reports. Moreover, Ms. Buçaj is engaged in numerous projects providing policy advice and conducting analysis on various economic topics under the German Economic Team project.
